The 500×75 Channel Duct x 2×1M Non-Centre Bar is a straight flat channel duct section in the largest available 500×75mm rectangular profile. Supplied in a practical 2×1 metre length with non-centre bar internal support, this duct delivers the highest airflow capacity in the flat channel range.
The 500×75mm profile is designed for demanding ventilation applications where maximum air volume needs to be moved through concealed duct runs. The flat channel design allows installation within ceiling spaces, between floors, and in building cavities where round ducting would be too bulky.
This duct is commonly used in commercial kitchen rangehood extraction, large residential whole-home ventilation systems, and industrial exhaust applications. The non-centre bar configuration maintains structural integrity while optimising internal airflow characteristics.
Can be cut to length on-site for custom duct runs. Install using 500×75mm duct connectors at each joint and seal with duct tape for airtight performance. Use 500×75mm support clips at regular intervals to maintain alignment and prevent sagging. Compatible with all 500×75mm flat channel fittings.
